Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome back to the great sounds of the Sixties and Seventies, from the Beatles and Rolling Stones to Crosby, Stills & Nash and Motown.
The Zoomerators have been together since the early Naughties. The bandmembers all hail from Southeast London. Between the 10 musicians who make up the band, they are collectively over 500 years old, with over 350 years of Rock'n'Soul performing and recording experience. The Zoomerators perform in various combinations of 6-10 pieces, depending on the function and the size of the stage. In addition to private functions, the band has appeared locally at clubs like Old Colfeians, Blackheath Wanderers, Old Alleynians, Beaverwood, local schools, at pubs like the Greenwich Inn, and have performed at festivals like Manor Park Gardens Party In The Park and Lewisham Peoples' Day. Some members also perform with other London-based bands, including The Roadrunners, The Rock Choir, and The FSOR All-Stars. The band have over 5 hours of repertoire from which to choose, and can perform themed functions for 50s Night, 60s Night, Motown Night and 70s Night. |
